Day-o-fun. The first is a picture of me making my own sushi… my first time. The next are pictures of the food. On the menu: Pancit, Kalua Pork, Asian chicken wings, Red Rice, BBQ on a stick, California Rolls, Spinach Salad, Rolls, Chicken Keleguin, Macaroni Salad, Tempura Shrip, Lumpia, and the desserts that I made yesterday. We played volleyball and ended the night with a little Wii and Scattergories. All in all the food was a big hit and everyone had a good time. Still have plenty of left overs… come by and help us finish them off.
